Walnut panel for a set of shelves I am working on. Sanded to 220, watco Danish oil “medium walnut” left on it for 3 minutes before wiping (didn’t want to darken it too much). Sealed with 1 coat of 2 pound cut amber shellac. Then 2 coats of satin lacquer (watco brushing lacquer thinned 50 50 and sprayed on).
